New Britain apartment building redeveloped

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Exclusive Development LLC recently redeveloped a former six-unit apartment building located at 67-69 Arch St. in New Britain. The developer gutted the 7,248 SF building that has been renamed “The Prohibition.” Per the article, “The building’s upper floors contain seven studios and one one-bedroom and one two-bedroom units” while a new restaurant will debut on the buildings ground floor.
