North Haven industrial sale

STAG North Haven, LLC has purchased 1 North Frontage Road, North Haven, CT from New Haven, Inc.  The property, also known as 300 Montowese Avenue, consists of two industrial buildings totaling 825,000 SF on 66.66 acres and was sold for $57.7M.  The buildings are currently occupied by Bozzuto’s Inc. and New Breed Logistics.

HK Group was the sole broker in this transaction.
