According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Massachusetts investor acquired a warehouse at 71 Hammer Mill Road, Rocky Hill for $1.8 million. The 19,540-square-foot property sits on 2.1 acres, and has been leased to New England Gypsum Floors. The building boasts 18-foot ceilings, three drive-in doors, and one loading dock.
