Tesla, Inc. Leases 25K SF in East Windsor CT

Sentry Commercial is pleased to announce that Tesla, Inc. recently leased 24,940 SF of office and warehouse space at 11-15 Thompson Road, East Windsor CT. Tesla will be relocating its Rocky Hill CT operations to the new facility in Q1/Q2 of 2023. Collins Companies occupies the balance of the 58,233 SF facility.

Sentry Commercial represented the landlord, BPT Real Estate, LLC and CBRE’s Phoenix AZ & Hartford CT offices jointly represented Tesla in lease negotiations.
