The Bridge expands in Avon CT

The Bridge has leased 45 West
Main Street, Avon, CT. The nonprofit counseling center occupies 2,040 SF of the
4,080 SF office building.  The company was founded in 1969 and now has
several locations throughout the state offering family resource centers, youth
and family services and residential care to the community.

the tenant and CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Avon Allies, LLC, in
this transaction.
