Two Industrial Buildings Sell for $29.2 Million in Enfield, CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, RSP Capital Holdings LLC has sold 1 Depot Hill Road, Enfield CT to Gabrielli Enfield LLC, a New York-based truck sales entity. The 69,784 SF light industrial building on 13.6 acres sold for $14,000,000.

In a separate transaction, Norwalk-based investors, Enfield Distribution Center LLC have sold 35 Manning Road, Enfield CT to 35 Manning Road LLC. The 235,880 SF warehouse on 19 acres sold for $15,200,000.
