Two Middletown office properties sell for $7.18M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Darien based physician recently acquired two Middletown office buildings for $7.18M. The buyer purchased a 13,470 SF facility that sits on 2 acres located at 311 Centerpoint Dr. for $2.62M. Additionally included in the sale was 101 Centerpoint Dr., which features a 34,530SF building, on 2 acres, which sold for $4.55M.
