Waterbury Office Building Going to Auction

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a large multi-tenant building is set to go to auction in September. The four-story, 44,454SF office building is located at 255 Bank St., in Waterbury and is fully occupied. Per the article, the auction “…will launch Sept. 18 with bidding starting at $1 million.”
