West Hartford Office Building Sells for $1.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, A three-story office building in West Hartford was sold for $1.49 million to a New Haven-based buyer. The building, located at 67 Prospect Ave., has 20,358 square-feet of space and sits on 0.6 acres. The seller, Mercedes Properties LLC, had bought the property in 2012 for $690,000. The largest tenant, an IT company, renewed and extended its lease as part of the deal.
