500K SF Distribution Center Approved in Enfield CT

According to The Patch, the Enfield Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the construction of a 500,000 SF distribution center on the 71-acre parcel on the corner of North Maple Street and Moody Road in Enfield CT. Just over half of the new facility will house Agri-Mark with the remainder of the space being leased to an as yet unnamed tenant.
