50K SF Medical Office Development in Middletown CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, construction has begun on two medical office buildings – (20,000 SF and 30,000 SF) –  in the medical office park on Saybrook Road in Middletown.  According to the developer, Medical Development Associates, LLC, the $12M project is expected to be complete by October of next year.
