79K SF Office Building Sale in Wallingford CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Lone Star Funds has sold 35 Thorpe Avenue, Wallingford to Northside Development. The 79,000 SF office building on 6.6 acres sold for $3.8M. The Texas-based private equity fund also sold 599 Research Parkway, Meriden to 599 Research LLC for $800,000.
