90K SF Industrial Sale in Chicopee MA

According to MassLive, Auburn-based Quality Beverage, Inc. has purchased 880 Burnett Road, Chicopee from Eagle Discovery, LLC. The 90,000 SF distribution center on 16 acres sold for $5M.  Williams Distributing, the business at this location, was also purchased by Quality Beverage for an undisclosed sum.
