9,159SF of Industrial Space Leased in Monroe

According to the New England Real Estate Journal, a lease agreement for 9,159-square-feet of industrial space at 580 Pepper Street, in Monroe was secured by Broadband Technical Resources, a division of ITG Communications. The company plans to utilize the space for Comcast’s wiring and fiber installation projects in the region. ITG Communications offers various services including aerial and underground drops, fiber backhaul, and directional boring. The financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
