Warehouse Conversation Planned for Rocky Hill Property
According to the Hartford Business Journal, a mixed-use building at 777 Brook St., Rocky Hill, previously hosting the CT Lottery headquarters, is proposed to be converted into primarily warehousing. Spanning over 91,600 square feet on 12.3 acres, the property is currently vacant, with plans to rezone to a business park and increase warehouse space to 90%. The proposal includes adding loading docks, reconfiguring parking for trucks, and raising the roof for increased warehouse volume. The building’s ownership lies with GWL 777 Brook LLC, associated with GTJ Realty.
