Hartford Property Sells for $2.75M

According to Hartford Business Journal, a Hartford property formerly housing Connecticut Lighting Centers’ headquarters at 160 Brainard Road, was sold for $2.75 million. The 18,920-square-foot retail building on 1 acre at will become a new retail and wholesale location for PC Hardwood Floors. The buyer, Capital Enterprise of Orange County Inc, plans to renovate the property for this purpose.
