Newington Warehouse Sold for $1.35M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, A limited liability company linked to a Massachusetts-based heavy-equipment dealer recently purchased a 17,520-square-foot warehouse in Newington. The warehouse, which formerly served as a dealer location for heavy-equipment manufacturer Komatsu, was bought for $1.35 million. The property sits on 4.5 acres and was acquired by C.N. Wood Realty Newington LLC from Komatsu America Corp. in January 2024.
