Rankin expands into CT

Portable heating and cooling equipment company The Rankin Group, Inc. has leased 12,760 SF at 150 Sandbank Road, Cheshire. The new Connecticut location will enable the Illinois-based company to service the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant and OR&L Commercial represented the landlord, Marshall Enterprises, in this transaction.
