South Windsor Historic House to Become Medical Offices

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a historic residential home at 1300 Sullivan Ave. in South Windsor was recently sold for $427,750. The property, formerly known as 8 Collins Lane, spans 4.8 acres and features the historic Collins House, dating back to 1869. The buyer, 4 Elements Direct Primary Care LLC, plans to convert it into medical offices. The redevelopment will include preserving the historic exterior, creating parking spaces, and adding a new 1,800-square-foot expansion.
