Farmington HQ Housing Global Manufacturer to Expand Facility

According to the Hartford Business Journal, A German company, Ebm-papst Inc., plans to expand its Farmington facility with a 14,671-square-foot addition to its manufacturing and engineering site on Hyde Road. The purpose is to improve material handling and truck circulation. The project includes modifications to the parking lot, new landscaping, and lighting. Construction is expected to begin in late spring or early summer.
